Software, built and run for you
Tell us what you are trying to do. You get a fixed price in writing, then a working system you own, with someone to call afterwards. Everything below is something we run ourselves or have shipped for a client.
What we build
A fast site that works on a phone and shows up in search. Design, build, domain, email, and hosting from one vendor, on one bill. Want a change? Email us. It gets done.
Good for: local businesses, trades, and professionals who want a site that looks like a real company and never have to think about it.
See it: liatrislandscaping.com and this site.
Invoicing, inventory, scheduling, dashboards, customer records. The back-office work most businesses rent from five subscriptions, built once to fit how you already work. No per-seat fees, no price increases, and you own it.
Good for: anyone paying monthly for software that almost fits, or running a business out of spreadsheets that got out of hand.
See it: an open-source dashboard we built, code included, and how in-house tools keep our own overhead near zero.
A storefront on your own domain with real checkout, cards and crypto, inventory that cannot oversell, order confirmations, and a simple admin for adding products. No platform taking a cut of every sale.
Good for: product businesses that have outgrown a marketplace, or never wanted to be on one.
Watch a page and get told when it changes. Pull data on a schedule. Move information between systems that do not talk to each other. If a person does it by hand every week, software can do it every hour.
Good for: repetitive checks, price and availability tracking, and reports someone currently assembles by hand.
Search engines and AI assistants can only work from what they can fetch and read, so we build that in from the start: pages that arrive as complete HTML, structured data that says who you are and what you offer, a sitemap, share cards, crawler rules that let the AI assistants in by name, and an llms.txt, a plain-text map of the site written for language models. Then we keep it accurate as the site changes.
Good for: businesses that want to come up when people search, and to be described correctly when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity about them.
See it: this site's llms.txt, rebuilt from its own pages on every deploy, and the structured data and crawler rules behind every page here.
Interactive simulators, calculators and games that run in a browser, on a phone or a desk. Real physics where it matters, your own rules where it does not. Each one is held to an answer it did not compute itself: a measurement, a published figure, or a formula you can check with a pencil. The tests that hold it there run on every build.
Good for: product demos, training, teaching, and any number that makes more sense when you can push on it and watch what happens.
See it: our arcade of 41 simulators and games, and how each one is checked.
A plain-English report on a site or app you own. Every finding says where it is, how serious it is, and how to fix it. From the outside, we crawl every page for broken links and errors on a phone and a desktop, read the security headers, and check what search engines and AI assistants can see. With access to the code, we also scan its whole history for leaked keys and passwords, check its dependencies against known vulnerabilities, and read the code that handles money, sign-in and customer data. Only on systems you own or are authorised to have tested, with that permission in writing.
Good for: anyone about to launch, anyone who inherited a site or app from someone else, and any store that takes payments.
See it: why a deleted secret is still in your history, and the monitoring bots that can keep watching afterwards.
Anything we build, we can keep running: hosting, updates, fixes, and small changes, for a flat monthly fee. A working system and someone to call. That is usually what people are actually buying.

Good to know
How it works
1. Tell us what you are trying to do. A few sentences is plenty.
2. Get a written quote. Fixed price, clear scope, a timeline. The quote is free and there is no retainer to start.
3. We build it, you review it, it goes live. Keep us on to run it, or take it and go.
Where we work
We are in Excelsior, Minnesota and work remotely with businesses worldwide. Email first, calls when they help, in your timezone.
Payment
Invoices in US dollars, paid by card or crypto.
Ownership
You own what we build, code included. If you leave, it comes with you.
Proof
We write up how our own systems work on the notes page, including the times we got it wrong. If you only read three, read a code checker that scanned nothing and reported zero issues in green, a ledger that stopped at five thousand rows and returned a total that looked fine, and a parser checked only against itself. Every one of those is a system that returned a well formed answer that happened to be false, which is the failure that costs real money and the one nobody catches by looking. If the way we think about that matches yours, we will work well together.
